昏迷患者气管切开术后吸痰时机的探讨

目的 探讨昏迷患者气管切开术后吸痰的时机.方法 将100例患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组用听诊器置胸骨上窝听诊气道有明显痰鸣音时再进行吸痰.观察组每3小时翻身拍背后吸痰.结果 观察组肺部感染等并发症明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于昏迷患者,在无异常情况下,每3小时翻身拍背后吸痰1次,降低了气管切开患者呼吸道感染、窒息的发生率,减轻了患者痛苦,提高了护理工作质量.

Study on sputum expectoration time after tracheotomy in coma patients

Objective To explore the sputum expectoration time after tracheotomy in coma patients.Methods 100 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was performed stethoscopes auscultation on suprasternal fossaes by nurse and putum expctoration was conducted after hearing obvious wheeze.The observation group was performed sucking sputum after turning the body over once per 3 h.Results The complications such as lung infection in the observation group were obviously less than those in the control group,showing statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sucking sputum once after turning the body over per 3 h and patting the back reduces the incidence rate of respiratory tract infection and suffocation,relieves the patients′pain and increases the quality of nursing care.
