食道癌及贲门癌切除机械吻合术86例分析

目的:总结管型吻合器在食道癌、贲门癌手术中使用的临床经验。方法:食道癌、贲门癌切除后,使用管型胃肠吻合器行胃食道主动脉弓上或弓下机械吻合术。结果:一次性吻合成功85例,失败1例,改为手工吻合,出现胃瘘1例,吻合口瘘2例,吻合口狭窄6例,返流性食道炎12例,均为轻度,术后半年内无死亡病例。结论:食道癌、贲门癌术中使用机械吻合,各种并发症发生率降低,临床操作方便简单,值得推广。

Mechanical anastomosis in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma and cardia cancer-analysis of 86 cases

Objective:To summarize the clinical experiences of using circular mechanical stapler in the surgery operation of esophageal carcinoma and cardia cancer.Methods:Doing mechanical anastomosis in the main artery through stomach and esophagus by using circular mechanical stapler after ablating the esophageal carcinoma and the cardia cancer.Results:In the series,it was succesfully anastomosed in 85 cases,and failed in 1 case,which was than done by hand.Anastomotic fistula was observed in 2 cases.Esophageal anastomotic stricture developed in 6 cases.Mild esophagitis was observed in 12 cases.The overall operative mortality rate was zero.Conclusion:This modified operation mode has low rate of complication and simplifies the operation.It is worth spreading.
