| 摘 要： | 帕金森病是一种中老年人常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其发病机制至今尚未明确,目前认为与遗传因素、环境因素、兴奋性毒性、线粒体功能障碍与氧化应激、免疫学异常、年龄老化、细胞凋亡、泛素蛋白酶体系统功能障碍、多聚ADP核糖聚合酶过度活化等因素密切相关。文章在上述几个方面针对帕金森病的发病机制研究进展进行综述。
