不同频率电针对周围神经再生与修复影响的临床与实验研究*

目的]通过实验研究使电针疗法取得理想的治疗效果，促进患者的功能恢复，提高生活质量。【方法】通过大鼠坐骨神经横断的方法构建神经再生室模型，分别采用不同频率电针针刺大鼠患侧环跳、足三里、三阴交治疗，采用图像分析系统分析，观察大鼠坐骨神经再生和修复情况。实验筛选电针最佳治疗参数及治疗时机再临床应用。结果]电针能够改善神经肌肉结构、代谢和功能，改善神经肌肉动作电位，运动神经传导速度以及肌肉收缩力，促进损伤神经再生和神经肌肉的神经再支配。结论]变频电针能够有效促进损伤周围神经的再生和修复，与低频电针比较，以5Hz电针效果最佳，变频电针效果次之，变频Ⅱ电针效果再次之，早期治疗效果明显。

Clinical and Experiment Study of Various Frequency Electronic Acupuncture on the Effect of Peripheral Nerve Regeneration and Reparation

Considering the current economic situation and modern technologic level in China it is indicated that the development of TCM should emphasize the development of basic research. How to develop it and face with the met problems also necessary to be noted. Looking into the future and the significance of the development of the industry in health of TCM it is proposed that under the guidance of scientific development viewpoint putting emphasis on the developmental strategy of independently innovation was important and only in this way we may disseminate the original innovation superiority of TCM science, gain more and more achievements of science invention, science discovery and technologic innovation in order to make more contributions to increase the national healthy diathesis.
