免疫放射法测定甲状腺和非甲状腺疾病患者血清TSH水平

用免疫放射法（ＩＲＭＡ）测定了３７８例各种甲状腺疾病及非甲状腺疾病（ＮＴＩ）患者血清ＴＳＨ以及Ｔ３、Ｔ４和ＦＴ４水平。结果：未治疗或症状未控制的甲亢患者血清ＴＳＨ明显低于对照组，甲亢治愈者则恢复正常。甲减者ＴＳＨ变化与其临床表现相一致。在碘缺乏病区ＴＳＨ－ＩＲＭＡ能较Ｔ３、Ｔ４更好的反映居民的碘营养状况，在ＮＴＩ时虽有Ｔ３、Ｔ４的改变，但ＴＳＨ－ＩＲＭＡ和ＦＴ４结果大多为正常。本文表明ＴＳＨ－ＩＲ

Clinical Value of Measurement of Serum TSH in the Patients with Thyroid Diseases and Nonthyroidal Illness by Immunoradiometric Assay

Serum TSH levels were measured by a sensitive immunoradiometric assay(IRMA) and serum T3, T4 and FT4 levels were also measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA)in 378 patients with various thyroid diseases or nonthyroidal illness(NTI). The results showed that serum TSH levels were significantly lower in untreated and non-controlled hyperthyroid patients as compared with controls.The subnormal TSH values were found to become normal in clinical euthyroid patients.The changes of serum TSH leveis in the patients with hypothyroidism were consistency with their clinical symptoms.The TSH-IRMA was a better indicator as the iodine nutrition condition of the inhabitants in the iodine deficiency disorders areas than T3 and T4 assay. Although some of patients with NTI had abnormal T3 and T4 levels, most of them still had normal TSH-IRMA and FT4 levels.This study suggested that TSH-IRMA presented a good sensitivity and specificity in assessment of thyroid function starus.
