巫山淫羊藿及其不同炮制品中总黄酮、淫羊藿苷、绿原酸的含量

摘    要:目的: 对巫山淫羊藿生品及其4种炮制品中总黄酮、淫羊藿苷及绿原酸的含量进行测定与比较.方法: 采用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法测定含量.结果: 总黄酮的含量依次为:生品>酒炙品>盐蒸品>盐炙品>羊脂炙品;淫羊藿苷的含量依次为:羊脂炙品>盐蒸品>盐炙品>酒炙品>生品;绿原酸的含量依次为:盐蒸品>酒炙品>盐炙品>生品>羊脂炙品.结论: 临床用药历代均以炮制品为主,上述情况当是重要原因,值得深入研究.

Abstract:Objective: Determining and comparing the contents of general flavone,icariin and chlorogenic acid in Epimedium wushanense T.S.Ying and its 4 kinds of differently-processed products.Methods: The contents were determined by HPLC and UV.Results:The ranks of the raw drug and the 4 kind products for the contents of(1) general flavone,(2) icariin,and(3) chlorogenic acid,from high to low were respectively:(1) raw drug,alcohol-broiled product,salt-steamed product,salt-broiled product,and sheep-fat-broiled product;(2) sheep-fat-broiled product,salt-steamed product,salt-broiled product,alcohol-broiled product,and raw drug;and(3) salt-steamed product,alcohol-broiled product,salt-broiled product,raw drug,and sheep-fat-broiled product.Conclusions: The contents of icariin and chlorogenic acid are higher in processed products than in raw drug,but the contents of general flavone are reduced in processed products.That might the reason that these processed products are still often used in clinic.Further study on this subject is meaningful.
