M受体阻滞剂联合β_2受体激动剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究

摘    要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者单纯吸入β2受体激动剂(沙丁胺醇)、M受体阻滞剂(异丙托溴胺)及二者联合应用(可必特)的疗效。方法将96例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为3组,A组30例吸入沙丁胺醇,B组32例吸入异丙托溴胺,C组34例吸入可必特,均6 h 1次,每次2喷。比较3组治疗4周后不良反应及肺功能改善情况。结果3组用药后FEV1、FVC均有不同程度改善,C组FEV1改善程度优于A组和B组,不良反应发生情况与A组和B组比较无显著性差异。结论β2受体激动剂、M受体阻滞剂和可必特均能改善COPD患者急性发作期FEV1和FVC,联合用药作用更明显,不良反应没有增加。

Abstract:Objective It is to explore the efficacy of combination of β_2 receptor agonist(Salbutamol) and M receptor blocker(Ipratropine) and either agent alone on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 96 patients with COPD in acute onset period were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A(30 cases) was given Salbutamol,group B(32 cases) was given Ipratropine,group C(34 cases) was given Kebite by inhalation 2 puffs once time and once time every day.Side effects and improvement of lung function in the three groups were compared after four weeks' treatment.Results FEV_1%,FVC were improved more all less in all the three groups,and improvement of FEV_1% in group C was better than the other two groups.There was no significant difference in side effect among the three groups. Conclusions β_2 receptor agonist,M receptor blocker and Kebite all can improve FEV_1%,FVC of patients with COPD in acute onset period,and the combination's effect is better without increase of side effect.
