颅内畸胎类肿瘤的CT与MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:总结颅内畸胎类肿瘤CT与MRI的特征性表现,提高诊断水平。方法与材料:着重对10例经手术及病理证实的颅内畸胎类肿瘤CT、MRI进行回顾性研究。结果:10例中皮样囊肿5例,畸胎瘤5例。病变位于松果体区4例,鞍区2例,前颅凹脑实质内1例,第三脑室及第四脑室各1例,小脑1例。结论:CT与MRI对颅内畸胎瘤的诊断均具有重要价值。CT对钙化与骨骼的显示优于MRI,而MRI多轴位成像对显示肿瘤大小范围、脂肪组织及周围邻界组织的解剖关系较CT有明显优势。两者结合术前正确诊断率90%(9/10),能准确定位、定性,对临床拟定正确的手术方案提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the diagnosis of intracranial terato-dermoid tumors by summarying their CT and MRI characteristic manifestation.Ma te rials and Meth ods:CT and MRI features of 10cases of intra cranial terato-dermoid tumor were studied retrospectively.All of the cases were confirmed by pathology.Re sults:Five cases were dermoid cyst,5cases were teratoma.In4cases the lesion occurred in the pineal region and in2cases the lesion occurred in the sella region.The other4cases had lesion occurred in the brain parenchyma of the anterior cerebral fossa,third ventricle,fourth ventricle and cerebellum respectively.Con clu sion:CT,MRI have important value in diagnosing intracranial terato-dermoid tumors,CT is superior to MRI in displaying calcifications and bones,but MRI has superiority in displaying dimension,fatty tissue and the relation with adjacent tissues.When we combine CT and MRI ,we can improve diagnostic accuracy for surgical planning.
