恢复期应用神经营养药对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿预后的影响

目的了解在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)恢复期使用神经营养药对患儿智能及运动发育的影响。方法将100例3个月内的HIE患儿随机分为药物组和对照组。药物组在1岁内进行神经发育训练及定时应用神经营养药,对照组进行神经发育训练。1岁时应用CDCC方法对患儿进行发育评估,对比两组疗效。结果药物组患儿1岁时量表分智能发育指数为98.95±10.49,对照组为93.06±11.71,P<0.05,差异有显著性;药物组患儿1岁时运动发育指数为94.51±8.93,对照组为97.66±10.69,P>0.05,差异没有显著性。结论对HIE恢复期患儿,在坚持神经发育训练和家庭康复的基础上,早期联合应用神经营养药物,有利于患儿智能发育水平的提高,对运动发育水平改善不明显。

The effect of neurotrophic drugs on the infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy during convalescent period

Objective To observe the effect of neurotrophic drugs to the infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) during convalescent period. Methods One hundred HIE infants aged 3 months were randomized into two groups: 50 in the experimental group administrated with neurotrophic drugs and another 50 as controls. Both of the groups received systematic rehabilitation training, but the infants in the experimental group were simultaneously administrated with neurotrophic drugs for the following 9 monthes. CDCC was used to assess the mental and motor functions of the infants when they were 1 year old. Results The difference in mental function was significant between the two groups (P <0.05), but not in motor function (P>0.05). Conclusion Periodic administration of neurotrophic drugs during convalescent period of HIE infants is helpful for the improvement of the mental function, but not for the motor function.
