血脂康和阿托伐他汀治疗混合型高血脂症的研究

目的　比较血脂康胶囊与阿托伐他汀治疗混合型高血脂症的疗效。方法　将 6 0例混合型高血脂症患者随机分为 2组 ,血脂康组 30例口服血脂康胶囊 0 .6g ,早晚餐后各 1次 ;阿托伐他汀组 30例口服阿托伐他汀 10mg ,晚餐后服。疗程均为 8周。结果　 2组患者的TC、TG、LDL -C下降 ,HDL -C升高 ,组间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2组均无明显不良反应。结论　血脂康能显著降低混合型高血脂症患者的TC、TG和LDL -C ,升高HDL -C ,作用与阿托伐他汀相等。 2种药物均为安全有效的降脂药物 ,但血脂康胶囊比阿托伐他汀价廉。

Study of Xuezhikang and atorvastatin on mix type hyperlipidemia

Objective It is to compare the curative effect of Xuezhikang and atorvastatin on mix type hyperlipidemia.Methods 60 patients with mix type hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups. 30 cases in Xuezhikang group were given orally Xuezhikang capsule 0.6 g once after breakfast and supper respectively. 30 cases in atorvastatin group were given orally atorvastatin 10 mg once after supper. The treatment courses of the two groups were both 8 weeks.Results TC,TG and LDL-C decreased and HDL-C increased in both groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0 05). There were no obvious side effects in both groups.Conclusion Xuezhikang can significantly lower TC,TG and LDL-C of the patients with mix type hyperlipidemia and heighten HDL-C. The curative effect is same as that of atorvastatin. Both the drugs are safe and effective on hyperlipidemia, but the price of Xuezhikang is lower than that of atorvastatin.
