磷酸组织胺球蛋白对美尼尔氏病疗效的临床观察

本文用磷酸组织胺球蛋白治疗31例美尼尔氏病与12例非美尼尔氏病的对照病例。治疗结果说明,磷酸组织胺球蛋白对美尼尔氏病疗效显著,不仅可以控制美尼尔氏病发作时的眩晕、耳鸣、耳闭等症状,而且明显减少急性发作次数,延长发作间歇期。虽然停药数月后仍有复发倾向,但发作时眩晕程度明显减轻。从其显著疗效考虑,作者等认为美尼尔氏病的病因与变态反应有关。并且推测其对美尼尔氏病的疗效机制,可能与解除对透明质酸酶的抑制作用有关。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON EFFECT OF MIXTURE OF PHOSPHATIC HISTAMINE AND IMMUNE PROTEIN ON Meniere's DISEASE

This paper reports cases of Meniere's disease and 12 cases of control treated with mixture of phosphatic histamine and immune protein. The result of treatment showed that the effect of the mixture on Meniere's disease was prominent, and that it not only could control vertigo, tinnitus and sensation of ear pressure during attack of the disease,but also could decrease attack frequence and prolong intermission of attack. Although there was a trend of recurrence, the degree of vertigo during attack was decreased. In view of the marked curative effect, it is concluded that the etiology of Meniere's disease may be related to allergy, and that the effect of the mixture on the disease may be related to the release of the suppressive action on hy.aluronidase.
