重型颅脑损伤患者下呼吸道感染的防治

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者下呼吸道感染的相关因素及防治措施。方法对我院2005年6月至2008年6月的275例重型颅脑损伤患者下呼吸道感染相关因素进行分析,并对其病原菌进行检测。结果下呼吸道感染致病菌,革兰阴性菌以铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌为主,革兰阳性球菌以表皮葡萄球菌为主。下呼吸道感染与重型颅脑损伤患者的预后密切相关。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者,针对相关因素,采取有效措施,合理选择抗菌药物,可有效控制下呼吸道感染。

Prevention and Treatment for Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Patients for Severe Traumatic Brain Injury.

Objective To investigate the related factors and prevention and treatment for lower respiratory tract infection in patients for severe traumatic brain injury.Methods The related factors of 275 patients with lower respiratory tract infection from Jun 2005 to Jun 2008 were retrospectively analyzed,and as to it's the cause gerrn carry on an examination.Results The strains were obtained from lower respiratory tract,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and klebsiella pneumonias were the main strains among the isolated gram-negative bacilli,Staphylococcus epidermidis was the main strain among the isolated gram-positive coccid.Lower respiratory tract infection is associated significantly with the prognosis of patients for severe traumatic brain injury.Conclusion According to different related factors,effective nursing measures and correct choice of antibiotics can evidently control the lower respiratory tract infection.
