海洛因中毒性脑病的影像表现

目的 提高对海洛因中毒性脑病的认识和诊断水平。方法 报告6例海洛英中毒性脑病的临床及影像表现并复习文献资料。结果 全部患者幕上半球脑白质，小脑半球、桥脑、内囊后肢及膝部、胼胝体压部及膝部均见双侧对称性异常改变，灰质核团可受累，CT表现为低密度，MRI均表现为T1WI呈低信号，T2WI及FLAIR序列为不均匀或均匀高信号。结论 海洛因中毒性脑病具有典型的影像表现，结合病史CT和MRI诊断具有特异性。

The image features of toxic encephalopathy induced by heroin

Objective To improve the diagnosis of toxic encephalopathy induced by heroin.Methods 6 cases with toxic encephalopathy after inhaling and injecting heroin were reported and the literature were reviewed Results In all patients,bilateral and symmetrical lesions were seen in the white matter of the cerebrum,cerebellum,posterior limb of internal capsule,knee joint,the internal callosum and pons.Some grey matter nucleus were involved.These lesions displayed hypointensity on T1WI and homogeneous or heterogeneous hyperintensity on T2WI and FLAIR.Conclusion Toxic encephalopathy induced by heroin has some characteristics of CT and MRI,which are very helpful to the diagnosis,combining with the history of heroin addiction.
