维甲酸联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效观察

目的探讨维甲酸联合曲安奈德局部注射对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选择40名临床诊断为急性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组：曲安奈德局部注射后，给予维甲酸软膏涂敷，1次／d，连续5d，维生素E胶丸100mg，1次／d，1：3服2周，维生素B：片10mg，3次／d，口服2周。2周后观察临床疗效。对照组：不用曲安奈德局部注射，其他治疗同治疗组，2周复诊观察疗效。结果治疗组患者在治疗后2周有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论说明联合治疗对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者有明显疗效。

Clinical effect of local injection of Tretinoin and Triamcinolone on oral lichen planus

Objective To observe the clinical effects of local injection of tretinoin and triamcinolone on oral erosive lichen planus. Methods 40 cases of acute oral erosive lichen planus were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and the control equally. In the treatment group, triamcinolone was locally injected consecutively and followed by local application of tretinoin ointment（ qd for five days , oral intake of witamin E soft gelatin capsule（ 100 mg qd）and witamin B2 （10 mg tid）for two week. Similar medication was given in the control group except for triamcinolone. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly high- er than that in the control（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Combination therapy was sinificantly effective for erosive oral lichen planus.
