| 摘 要： | 目的：比较MEBT/MEBO，干性暴露和半暴露疗法对颜面Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗效果。方法：采用MEBT／MEBO、干性暴露、半暴露疗法分别处理三组面部浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面，并进行统计学分析。结果：MEBT／MEBO对颜面浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面止痛效果好，愈合快，疤痕组织不明显。结论：MEBT/MEBO对颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效显著优于其它疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of MEBT/MEBO, dry exposed andsemi-exposed therapy in treating 2nd degree face burn. Method: The results were statistically ana-lyzed on the basis of the wound healing time (days) of the three treating methods. Results: The ana-lytical results proved that MEBT/MEBO has the shortest wound healing time for superficial and deep2nd degree face burn and has good pain relieving effect. No scar formed after healing. Chnclusion:MEBT/MEBO is superior to other treating methods. |
