超声在睾丸扭转中的应用

目的：探讨超声在睾丸扭转中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析手术证实23例睾丸扭转患者的超声表现。结果：睾丸较健侧不同程度增大21例,睾丸较健侧体积缩小2例。睾丸内部回声正常2例,睾丸内部回声不同程度减低21例。伴有患侧鞘膜积液3例。未探及血流信号12例;血流信号明显减少8例;血流信号稍减少3例。睾丸上方可见混合回声团块17例。结论：超声在睾丸扭转的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

The Application of Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Testicular Torsion

Objective： To explore the evaluation of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods： The ultrasound image of 23 testicular torsion patients confirmed by surgery was retrospectively analyzed. Results： 21 case of the testicle was swelling,2 case of testicle volume was reduced. 2 case of the testicle echo was normal,21 case of the testicle echo became low in different degrees. 3 case accompanyed testicular hydrocele. 12 case of testecle could not detect the blood flow signal,the blood flow signal decreaed in 8 case significantly,and decreased in 3 case unconspicuously. Mixed echo clumps appeared above the testicle in 17 case. Conclusion： Ultrasonography has a high value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of testicular torsion.
