动脉硬化指数和非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与冠状动脉病变程度相关性的初步研究

摘    要:目的:探讨动脉硬化指数(AI)与冠心病(CHD)患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法:对148例疑诊冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,将冠状动脉造影结果阳性者86例作为冠心病组,冠状动脉造影结果阴性者62例作为对照组。检测其TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C,计算AI值和非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C),并采用Gensini积分法评定冠状动脉病变程度,分析各指标与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。结果:与对照组比较,冠心病组TC、LDL-C、non-HDL-C、AI值显著增高,HDL-C显著降低(P0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,仅non-HDL-C和AI水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关(r=0.247,r=0.314,P0.05)。结论:CHD患者有较高的non-HDL-C和AI水平,可预测并评价冠状动脉病变严重程度。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the relationship between atherosclerosis index (AI) and the extent of coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: The total of 148 consecutive patients underwent coronary angiography were selected in the study. 86 patients with CHD were diagnosed by coronary angiography and 62 patients were normal coronary angiography. The serum lipid level and characteristics of CAG findings were analyzed. Results: Compared with control group, the total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), AI and non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) increased significantly. High density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) decreased significantly, P 〈 0. 05. Spearman analysis showed that AI and non-HDL-C were positively related to the severity of coronary artery lesions ( r = 0. 247, r = 0. 314 ,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: AI and non-HDL-C significantly increase in patients with CHD and positively related to the severity of coronary artery lesions.
