新生儿吸吮母乳个性行为对母婴的影响及其护理干预

目的 探讨新生儿吸吮母乳个性行为对母婴的影响及对新生儿进行针对性护理干预的可行性。方法 按巴恩斯对新生儿吸吮母乳个性行为定义，结合临床观察新生儿吸吮母乳10次以上综合行为为判断标准，对200例新生儿进行调查。结果 新生儿吸吮母乳个性行为的不同在新生儿的生理反应和母亲进入执行期时间方面差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论 尊重新生儿个性行为因人而异，采取针对性的护理干预效果良好。

Influence of Individual Breast Sucking Behavior of Newborns on Mothers and Infants and Its Nursing

Objective To investigate the influence of individual breast sucking behavior of newborns on the mothers and infants and the feasibility of applying individual nursing intervention. Methods The breast sucking behavior of infants was defined according to Baense definition. A total of 200 newborns were investigated by combining Baense definition and clinical observation of more than 10 times of breast sucking actions. Results Different individual behaviors of breast sucking of newborn infants resulted in significant difference in physiological reaction of newborns and in the period for the mother entering into taking-hold phase. Conclusion Respect should be given to individual behaviors of the newborns according to the different infants; applying individual nursing intervention has good outcome on mothers and infants.
