北京市崇文区2009年中学生艾滋病知识态度和行为调查

目的了解北京市祟文区中学生对预防艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况及态度、行为现状,为学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法 2009年10月对崇文区4所中学1540名中学生进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病基础知识各相关内容知晓率在84%及以下;艾滋病传播途径回答正确率在86%以上;非传播途径几项问题中蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病回答正确率较低,且高中低于初中;在对待艾滋病感染者的态度上,值得同情一题回答正确率高中也低于初中,其余各项高中均高于初中,而男女生无差别;在被调查的学生中,5.33%的高中男生有过性行为,且认为处于热恋或一见钟情就可以发生性关系的同学中男生均多于女生。结论中学生预防艾滋病知识水平有待提高,应有针对性地加强艾滋病及相关行为的健康教育。同时针对中学生年龄特点进行青春期性教育很有必要。

Investigation on AIDS Related Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior among Middle School Students in Chongwen District of Beijing in 2009

Objective]To understand the awareness of the AIDS related knowledge,and status of AIDS related attitude and behavior among middle school students in Chongwen district of Beijing,provide basis for health education of AIDS prevention.Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1540 middle school students from 4 middle schools in Chongwen district in October 2009.Results]The awareness rate of basic knowledge and other contents related to AIDS was under 84%,and over 86% of respondents knew the correct transmission routes of AIDS.Among the questions of knowledge about non-transmission routes,many students mistakenly believed that AIDS can be transmitted by mosquito bites,and the correct rates of senior high school students was lower than that of junior high school students.The same trend had been observed on the sympathetic attitude toward HIV infected patients,but correct rates of other questions showed a contrary tendency,and there was no significant difference between male and female students.Among surveyed students,5.33% of male senior high school students had sexual intercourse,some students thought that it was acceptable to have sex on the first date or when fell in love before marriage,but the number of female students hold this view were less than that of male students.Conclusion]The knowledge about AIDS prevention needs to be further improved among middle school students.The special health education of AIDS and its related behavior should be strengthened,and it is necessary to carry out the adolescence sex education which was accordance with the age characteristics of middle school students.
