不同化疗方案对晚期胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响

目的探讨FOLFOX-4、XELOX和SOX三种化疗方法对晚期胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法根据接受方案的不同分为FOLFOX-4、XELOX和SOX三种化疗组,采用ELISA法检测治疗前和治疗过程中TNF-α、CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9四种血清肿瘤标志物,并评定不良反应情况。结果 FOLFOX-4、XELOX和SOX三种化疗方法使血清肿瘤标志物表达水平下降,SOX组的TNF-α为(213.4±14.7)pg/ml,CEA为(15.0±1.9)μg/ml,CA72-4为(58.6±5.2)U/ml,CA19-9为(158.3±5.7)U/ml,各种标志物下降水平较FOLFOX-4组和XELOX组多,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,且不良反应发生率低。结论 FOLFOX-4、XELOX和SOX三种化疗方法均可使晚期胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物降低,SOX对血清肿瘤标志物降低程度较好,效果较好。

The effect of different chemotherapy schemes on the serum tumor markers of patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective To explore the effects of three chemotherapy schemes on seru m tumor markers of patients with advanced gastric cancer,including FOLFOX-4,XE LOX and SOX.Methods The patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into three chemotherapy groups on the basis of different chemotherapy regimens,name ly FOLFOX-4 group,XELOX group and SOX group.Four serum tumor markers TNF-α、C EA、CA72-4 and CA19-9 were assayed by ELISA test before and during treatment.M eanwhile,the adverse reactions were assessed.Results The serum levels of tumor markers were reduced by FOLFOX-4、XELOX and SOX three chemotherapy methods.In S OX group,the concentration of four tumor markers were TNF-α 213.4±14.7（pg/ml）,CEA15.0±1.9（μg/ml）,CA72-4 58.6±5.2（U/ml）,CA19-9 158.3±5.7（U/ml）,much low er than that in FOLFOX-4 group and XELOX group.The difference was statically si gnificant（P〈0.05）,and its adverse reaction rate is lower.Conclusion The FOLFO X-4、XELOX and SOX three chemotherapy schemes may lower the serum tumor markers of patients with advanced gastric cancer.SOX has good effect on reduction of se rum tumor markers.
