| 摘 要： | 探讨中老年上睑松弛整复术的术前准备及手术要点。１．回顾性分析１１０例中老年上睑松弛症术前心理状态及美学意义；２．采用改进术式一剪开法。１１０例受术者在功能和改善仪容方面绝大部分获得较为满意效果。中老年上睑松弛者术前的心理准备，切口线的设计，去除皮肤量的判断是手术成功的关键。剪开法是一种简单、快捷、有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Aim: The preoperation dermalolysis and operation method of the upper eyelid were discussed. Method:(1).The psycholgize state before operation and aesthetical significance aften operation of middle aged and oldpeople with dermalolysis of the upper eyelid were analysed. (2) This article presents a modified operationmethod - scissoring.
