结直肠癌手术不置胃管的临床研究

目的 探讨结直肠癌手术置胃管与不置胃管的临床效果.方法 将200例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为置胃管组94例与不置胃管组106例,对两组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、早期进食和下床活动时间和并发症的发生情况进行对比分析.结果 不置胃管组术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、和下床活动时间较置胃管组更早,两组相比具有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01);不置胃管组术后咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐、肺部感染情况较置胃管组发生率低(P＜0.01),具有显著统计学意义.结论 结直肠癌手术术前常规放置胃管不必要,不置胃管创伤更少、痛苦更轻、并发症更少、术后恢复更快.

Clinical research about postoperative of colorectal cancer without gastric tube

Objective To probe into clinical results on coloreetal cancer operation with and without home tube. Methods Two hundred colorectal cancer sufferers were randomly divided into 94 cases with home tube operation and 106 cases without home tube operation,then gastrointestinal tract function recovery time, early feeding & get out of bed time and complications among the two groups were analyzed. Results After colorectal cancer operation without home tube, the patients'anal discharge, feeding & get out of bed time were earlier than patients with home tube operation (P ＜ 0. 01 );patients without home tube operation had lower rate of sore throat, nausea & vomiting and lung infection than patients with home tube operation. Conclusions It is not necessary for regular home tube prior to colorectal cancer operation, operation without home tube would have less trauma, lighter suffering, fewer complications and faster postoperative recovery.
