参与式教学法在护理基本技能教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨在护理基本技能教学中参与式教学法与传统教学法对教学质量的影响。方法在2004级和2005级五年制护理本科班中分别随机抽取一个班为试验组,一个班为对照组。在护理基本技能教学中,试验组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,干预前后采用学习积极主动性量表、学生对教学法评价表,分别比较两组差异,所有数据采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果干预后试验组学习积极主动性、学生对教学法的评价显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论参与式教学法有效激发了学生学习主动性,活跃了课堂气氛,培养了学生综合素质和创新能力,提高了护理基本技能的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the difference of teaching quality between participatory teaching methods and traditional education in basic nursing skill program. Methods We chose randomly one class as experimental group and another class as control group in grade 2004 and grade 2005 of five-year nursing undergraduate courses. Participatory teaching methods and traditional teaching methods were applied to experimental group and control group respectively during basic nursing skill education ,which were compared with the table of study activity and the students' value of teaching methods. All data were analyzed by software SPSS 11.0. Results It was preferable for the experimental group than the control group in study activity and the students' value of teaching methods,which remained remarkable significance(P〈0.01). Conclusion It has been proved that participatory teaching methods can enhance students' learning motivation ,activate ambience of class,train integrative making and creativity of the students,and improve the teaching quality of basic nursing skill.
