| 摘 要： | 对10例老年钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄进行了分析。指出本病早期可无症状,晚期以心衰、心律失常为主。诊断依据X线和超声检查,超声心动图是检出主动脉瓣钙化和狭窄的一种敏感可靠的方法,其特征为主动脉瓣钙化、增厚,瓣膜活动受限,瓣膜口面积减小。当主动脉瓣口面积小于0.75cm~2时,应考虑手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Ten cases of calcific aortic stenosis in the aged are analysed. It is pointed out that there may be no symptoms in the early period and there are mainly heart failure and arrhythmia in the late period. The diagnosis depends on the examinations of x-rays and echocardiography.Echocardiograms are a sensitive and reliable method for finding calcification and stenosis of the aortic valve, characteristics being calcification,thickening, limited motion of the aortic valve and an smaller area of the aortic orifice. An operation is indicated for the patient whose aortic orifice is less than 0.75 square centimeters. |
