川崎病125例临床分析

目的总结川崎病（KD）的临床特征。方法对住院KD125例进行回顾性分析：（1）典型及不完全性KD各种临床表现；（2）冠状动脉病变表现。结果125例中男78例、女47例，男女比例为1．7：1，年龄4岁内114例（91．2％），发病季节四季均可发病，以4～6月发病最高。KD中典型KD87例（69．6％），不完全性KD38例（30．4％），典型KD组的各种临床表现出现率高于不完全性KD组（P〈0．01），而实验室检出阳性率则两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。KD治疗前曾做UCG115例，检出冠脉病变36例，占31．3％（36／115），冠脉瘤7例，占6．1％（7／115）。结论UCG及ECG检查能及时发现KD并发心血管病变，特别是UCG能及早发现KD并发冠脉病变。重视实验室检查有助于不完全性KD诊断，减少漏诊及误诊。

A clinical analysis of 125 cases of Kawasaki Disease

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of the Kawasaki disease(KD). Methods 125 cases of KD occurred were retrospectively analyzed: (1) All kinds of clinic manifestation of the typical and incomplete KD. (2)Lesions manifestation of coronary artery. Results Among the 125 cases,the male were 78 cases,the female were 47 cases and the proportion of the male and female was 1.7:1. There were 109 cases (87. 2 % ) among those who were in the age of 4, and the season of onset could be every season, especially between April and J une, which was a high onset season. Among all the KD, the typical KD accounted for 87 cases( 69. 6 % ), and the incomplete KD accounted for 38 cases(30.4% ). The clinic manifestation rate of incomplete KD was lower than the typical KD(P< 0.01). but according to the masculine rate examined by the laboratory, there was no difference between the two groups of KD(P>0.05). Before the treatment of the KD.this group had ever examined the 36 cases of lesions of coronary artery,which accounted for 31. 3% (36/115) ,and 7 cases of coronary artery aneurysm,which accounted for 6.1% (7/115) by UCG examination. Conclusions The KD patients should use UCG and ECG to examine and find the lesions of the complication of the KD-cardiovascular in time, especially the UCG can find the find the lesions of the complication of the KD cardiovascular at an early time. At the same time, they should pay more attention to the present examination,which is helpful for the diagnosis on the incomplete KD.and can reduce the chance of missing examination and mistaking examination.
