1996～2002年广州四城区中学生HBsAg携带情况趋势分析

目的 :调查广州市城区中学生HBsAg携带情况 ,探讨在中学生中继续进行免疫干预的必要性 ,为制订乙肝免疫政策提供理论依据。方法 :对广州市城区中学生初一、高一新生进行乙肝表面标志物检测 ,对表面抗原阴性者进行免疫干预 ,比较 1 996～ 2 0 0 2年乙肝表面抗原携带率及抗体阳性率。结果 :1 996年初次血检 392 89人 ,HBsAg阳性率 9 55 % ,HBsAg阳性率为 63 1 % ;至 2 0 0 2年HBsAg阳性率由 9 55 %降至 3 0 5 % ,抗体阳性率由 63 1 0 %升至 81 40 %。结论 :广州市城区中学生的乙肝表面抗原携带率呈明显下降趋势 ,抗体阳性率则呈曲折上升趋势 ,肯定了广州这几年在学生中预防乙肝的成绩 ,在中学生乃至大学生中进行乙肝免疫干预极为重要 ,它是计划免疫工作的一个延续。

Analysis on HBsAg carrier among middle school students in four districts of Guangzhou from 1996-2002

Objective:To discuss the necessary of immune-intervintional measure in high school students by investigating the situation of HbsAg carrier rates in high school students in city zone of Guangzhou,and to provide evidence for making policy of medical decision of prevention .Methods:By testing the serum samples of high school students in city zone of Guangzhou,and getting HBsAg carrier rates and HBsAg positive rates,to make an immune-intervention measure in students whose HBsAg's result is negative,and compare the status of HBsAg carrier rates and HBsAg positive rates from 1996 to 2002,Results:In the first testing in 1996,39,289 serum samples were tested and the HBsAg carrier rate and HBsAg positive rate was respectively 9.55% and 63.10%.From 1996 to 2002,about 40,000 serum samples had been detected every year.In 2002,the HBsAg carrier rate decreases to 3.05%,and at the same time HBsAg positive rate goes up to 81.40% .Conclusion:The positive rates of HBsAg show a obvious descendent trend,and the positive rates of HBsAg have increased in 7years.A outstanding achievement in controlling HBV can be seen,so it is very important to prevent hepatitis B in high school students and university students .Prevention in high school students and adults become a essential part besides of the immune plan in children.
