| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨nm2 3基因产物与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 5例膀胱移行细胞癌组织nm2 3基因表达。结果 :nm2 3蛋白弥散于胞浆及胞膜 ,nm2 3蛋白表达与膀胱癌分级呈正相关 ,但与分期无关 ,有转移性癌组织nm2 3表达明显高于无转移癌组织 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :nm2 3基因表达是一个判断膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度有价值的指标

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between nm23 gene expression and the biological behavior of transitional cell bladder cancer.Methods nm23 gene expression in 45 cases with transitional cell bladder cancer were studied by means of LSAB immunohistochemistry.Results The nm23 gene product was found to be located in cytoplasm and cellular membrane,it was positively correlated with the grades,but not with stages.In patients with metastasis the expression was significantly higher than that in those without involvement ( P <0 001).Conclusions nm23 gene expression was highly related to the grade of transitional cell bladder cancer and might serve as available index for the prognosis of the disease. |
