| 摘 要： | 为优化卫生资源分配，促进病人合理分流，实现医院与社区双向转诊信息共享需要，复兴医院利用信息网络资源及共享数据交换平台，将医院信息系统与社区卫生服务机构的信息系统进行连接，提供转诊相关信息，特别是对检验检查申请等上传信息及检验检查结果等回传信息提供技术支持。实现了医院与社区双向转诊的信息共享。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the allocation of health resource, accelerate the rational distribution of patients, achieve the information sharing of two-way transfer of patients between hospital and community, and revive hospital to utilize the information network resource and the exchange platform of sharing data, it makes the connection of information system between hospital and community health service institution, provides the relevant information of two-way transfer of patients, especially offers the technical support for upload information, e.g. inspection information, checking information, and application information, etc., and feedback information, e.g. inspection result and checking result, and realizes the information sharing of two-way transfer of patients between hospital and community. |
