氩氦刀治疗孤立肾肾癌1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨一种治疗孤立肾肾癌的全新手术方法-氩氦刀切除术的临床疗效。方法：我院于2001年应用氩氦刀切除术治疗1例左侧孤立肾肾癌患者。结果：术后病理组织学检查为左肾透明细胞癌，患者术后第7天拆线出院。术后2个月CT检查显示肿瘤缩小并纤维化，内部血流消失；术后半年ECT扫描显示左肾血流灌注正常，左肾功能正常。结论：氩氦刀治疗孤立肾肾癌简单，安全。创伤小，疗效可靠，能极大改善患者的生存质量，是一种较好的治疗方法。值得临床推广。

Treatment of the lonely kidney cancer with Argon-Helium resection

Purpose:To study the usage and clinical results of a new surgery method, Argon-Helium resection, in the treatment of the lonely kidney cancer. Methods: We analysed and summarized the surgical procedure and the clinical results of one case of lonely kidney cancer treated with Argon-Helium knife in 2001 and also made discussion in the light of literature. Results: After operation, the pathology examination confirmed the diagnosis of renal carcinoma. 7 days later, the patient was discharged from hospital, and a half year later the CT exam showed that the carcinoma atrophied and fibrosis. The blood stream in it disappeared. The ECT scan showed that the kidney function was normal. Conclusions: Argon-Helium resection is a good method to treat the lonely kidney cancer, which can obviously improve patients' quality of life.
