窄谱UVB照射联合复方青黛胶囊治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察窄谱UVB照射联合复方青黛胶囊治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 77例患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用窄谱UVB照射联合复方青黛胶囊治疗;对照组口服氯雷他定片及倍他米松软膏外用治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果 治疗组在总有效率、红斑鳞屑消退时间及瘙痒消失时间方面均明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(均P〈0.05)。结论窄谱UVB照射联合复方青黛胶囊治疗玫瑰糠疹可以有效缩短玫瑰糠疹病程,提高疗效,不失为一种较好的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investinate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B and co-qingdai capsule in treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B plus co-qingdai capsule,while the control group was given Loratadine tables orally(10mg/d) and betamethasone ointment twice a day.Then the reuslts were observed. Results The total effective rate,the regression time of erythema,squamae and pruritus in the treatment group were significantly higher and shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were obverved in the treatment group. Conclusion Narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with co-qingdai capsule can significantly reduce the courses of treatment of pityriasis rosea and enhance therapeutic effect,suggesting that it is a preferable therapy for calinical treatment of pityriasis rosea.
