| 摘 要： | 用陕西81-14A株HFRSV,免疫BALB/c小鼠,取该鼠脾细胞与SP2/O骨髓瘤细胞融合,获得分泌抗HFRSV抗体的C_4株杂交瘤细胞系。C_4株McAb与我国各地的28株及朝鲜的76-118株、Seoul株HFRSV均产生免疫反应,表明是HFRSV组特异性扩体,并适用于荧光素及辣根过氧化物酶标记。经初步应用,效果满意。

| Abstract: | The hybridoma C4 cell lines were established by fusion of SP2/0 cells with spleen cells of mice immunized with HFRSV from Shaanxi 81-14A. The C4 McAb reacted on 28 HFRS strains from different areas in China and the strain from Korea (76-118). This was a group-specific McAb and was suicabled for labelling by fluorescein and horseradish peroxidase. The preliminary application showed that the effect was satisfactory. |
