宠物饲料猫乐辐照保鲜技术的研究

摘    要:目的为寻找宠物饲料保鲜保质的方法,进行了宠物饲料辐照保鲜技术和其包装材料性能的研究。方法采用活菌计数法和D10值测定,对猫乐辐射灭菌剂量进行设定。25kGy辐照猫乐后,进行细胞毒性试验。结果平均菌落总数为7717cfu/g,污染菌主要为G+芽孢杆菌,球菌次之。其中G+芽孢杆菌D10值为1.75kGy。猫乐经25kGy照射后,试样品无细胞毒性作用。结论 Co60辐照对猫乐灭菌剂量为17.70kGy,确定灭菌保证水平为10-3。辐照保鲜技术可以在宠物饲料中安全应用。

Abstract:Objective carrying out radiation technology in keeping pet feed and its properties of package materials to find a method to keep pet feed named maole fresh and good quality.Method Bacterial count and determination of D10 were used to make sure irradiation dose of Maole.After 25kGy irradiation,carried out cell toxicity examination.Results The average of bacteria amount was 7 717cfu/g,and the main contamination was G+ bacillus,coccus followed.The D10 of G+ bacillus was 1.75kGy.After 25kGy irradiation,the samples had no cell toxicity.Conclusions Co60 irradiation dose to Maole's was 17.70kGy and the guarantee sterilization level was 10-3.The irradiation preservation is safety and feasible to pet feed.
