医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种情况调查

目的了解医院产房自将乙肝疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,HepB)纳入免疫规划后新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况及探讨其影响因素,为新生儿首针乙肝疫苗预防接种提供科学依据。方法采取回顾性调查分析方法,对2006～2009年鹿寨县所有医院产房出生新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种情况进行调查分析。结果医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率99.96%,及时接种率93.84%,影响未及时接种的因素以"早产、低体重、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫、新生儿疾病"为主,非疾病因素以"产程延长、胎膜早破、过期妊娠、羊水过少、婴儿吐奶、监护人拒接种等"为主。结论医务人员严格履行告知义务和提高新生儿疾病筛查、诊治力度,有利于及时接种首针乙肝疫苗。

Neonates in Hospital Delivery Room the First Doses of Hepatitis B Vaccination Investigation Analysis

Objective To understand about the first doses of Hepatitis B Vaccine inoculation and its influencing factors for the neonates borned in the hospital delivery room since the Hepatitis B Vaccine was brought in the immunization program.That will provide scientific foundation for the first doses of the neonatal Hepatitis B Vaccine inoculation.Method Using the method of retrospective analysis,the first doses of Hepatitis B Vaccine inoculation situation for the neonates borned in the hospital delivery room was investigated in Luzhai County,2006～2009.Results The rate of the first dose of the neonatal Hepatitis B Vaccine inoculation was 99.96% in hospital delivery room,and the rate of the timely inoculation rate was 93.84%.The chief effective factors for the absent of timely inoculation were ＂premature birth,low weight,asphyxia neonatorum,Fetal distress,neonatal illness＂,the chief non-disease factors were ＂Prolongation of parturition,Premature rupture of membranes,Prolonged pregnancy,Oligohydramnios,Baby spits up,Guardian refusing vaccination,Et cetera＂.Conclusions Fulfiling the obligations of informing by medical staff and improving neonatal screening,diagnosis and treatment efforts were help to first dose of hepatitis B vaccine inoculation timely.
