摘    要:目的了解毛脚跳鼠感染鼠疫菌的状况。方法采用解剖镜检、细菌培养、噬菌体裂解实验和动物实验4部检验。结果自毙毛脚跳鼠应感染鼠疫菌而死亡。结论在沙土鼠鼠疫疫源地曾经发生鼠间鼠疫的流行,毛脚跳鼠作为偶然宿主参与鼠疫的流行。

A Stem of Y.pestis Was Separated out Frist time from Dipus Sagittarius Pallas Body in Urumqi

Abstract:Objective To understand the Y.pestis infection status of Dipus sagittarius pallas.Method Dissection and microscope,bacterial culture,splitting test,animal test were carried out.Results The dead of Dipus sagittarius palls were due to pestis infection.Conclusions Dipus sagittarius pallas plague had been epidemic in gerbil plague epidemic focus,and it took part in epidemic as accidental host.
