一起诺如病毒引起感染性腹泻疫情的流行病学调查分析

目的通过分析承德市某中学一起诺如病毒感染性腹泻暴发疫情的流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法 ,搜索病例并进行个案调查。结果 2008年10月6-13日该校共报告诺如病毒感染幸腹泻病例144例,罹患率为5.01%。平均潜伏期多在24~48h,最短12h,最长72h。净实验室检测及调查结果分析,为诺如病毒引起的群体性腹泻暴发疫情,经采取对现患病例集中管理就地隔离治疗的综合防治措施后,疫情得到控制。结论该次疫情为诺如病毒引起感染性腹泻事件,在诺如病毒感染性腹泻好发季节,应继续加强对集体单位、学校诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情监测,积极开展健康教育,有效预防诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情的发生。

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of An Infectious Diarrhea Due to Norovirus

Objective To analysis the epidemiological characteristics of an infectious diarrhea case due to Norovirus in a middle school of Chengde,and provide basis for making effective control measures.Method The epidemiological investigation method was used and case studied.Results 144 cases of Norovirus infectious diarrhea were reported from October 6 to 13 in 2008 in the school.The incidence rate was 5.01%,the average incubation period was between 24 to 48 h,the shortest incubation period was 12 h,and the longest was 72h.After laboratory test and analysis,this outbreak of diarrhea caused by Norovirus infectious,the patients after centralized management and isolated,the epidemic situation was under control.Conclusions This infectious diarrhea case was caused by Norovirus.In Norovirus epidemic season,we should strengthen the monitoring in the collective units and school,actively offer health education,and effectively prevent Norovirus infectious diarrhea.
