| 摘 要： | 目的构建和谐医患关系,提高医疗服务质量。方法加强医患沟通能力,更好地落实医患沟通制度的执行。结果医生和护士给患者印象的好坏直接影响医患之间的关系以及诊断、治疗。结论良好而有效的医患沟通对改善医患关系、提高医疗服务质量起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To build harmonious physicianpatient relationship and improve medical service quality. Method Styengthen the physician - patient communication , fuifil the communicating system bitterly. Results The patients, impression that doctors and nurses given influence diagnose, treatment and physician - patient relationship directly. Conclusiom The favorable and effective communication of physician - patient plays a very important role in improving physician- patient relationship and medical service quality. |
