某部2006-2009年肺结核报告发病情况分析

目的分析某部2006-2009年中肺结核发病情况,为部队肺结核防治提供参考。方法根据某部疾病监测中心数据库数据,利用疾病监测软件和Excel软件分别按发病时间、人群分布等特征统计分析。结果 2006-2009年某部报告肺结核总体发病率为1.59‰,3月份发病率最高,6月份最低。发病序位由第3位升至第1位,按职别分类干部占26.09%,战士占72.46%,其他人员占1.45%。结论 2006-2009年某部肺结核发病率总体呈上升趋势,战士为主要发病人群,提示应加大检测力度,尤其是把好新兵、新学员入伍体检关。

Analysis of The Incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in A Certain Unit of The Army from 2006 to 2009

Objective To analyze the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） in a certain unit from 2006 to 2009,in order to give the references for preventing TB in the Army.Method Data came from the epidemic reporting database of the disease monitoring center in a certain unit in the Army.The military disease monitoring software,Execel software were used to analyze the incidence and distribution of tuberculosis in the unit.Results The overall incidence of tuberculosis was 1.59‰ from 2006 to 2009,the incidence rate was highest in March and lowest in June.Pulmonary tuberculosis ranked the first from the third among infectious diseases occurring in the Army.Of all the cases officers accounted for 26.09%,soldiers were 72.46%,and other persons were 1.45%.Conclusions From 2006 to 2009,there is a increased trend of TB incidence in the unit of the Army.The soldiers constitute a larger proportion in patients with TB.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve TB test level,especially in the physical examination of new recruits and new students.
