小榄镇10年恶性肿瘤流行趋势分析

目的探讨中山市小榄镇恶性肿瘤的流行病学特征和变化趋势,为防治对策的制定提供依据。方法收集中山市小榄镇1999-2008年恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡资料,统计恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率等流行病学指标。结果 1999-2008年中山市小榄镇恶性肿瘤的发病率为180.72/10万(其中男性223.18/10万,女性139.12/10),死亡率为138.36/10万(其中男性187.15/10万,女性90.56/10万),两者均显著地呈上升趋势,男性发病率和死亡率均明显高过女性,居民恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率均随着年龄的增长而上升。结论小榄镇恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,应该加强肿瘤的防治研究。

Epidemiological Study of Malignant Tumor among Residents of Xiaolan town in Zhongshan City from 1999 to 2008

Objective To explore epidemiology and variation trend of malignant tumor among residents of Xiaolan town in Zhongshan city,and provide reference to malignant tumor prevention and control. Method Collect the malignant tumor incidence and death information of residents from 1999 to 2008 in Xiaolan town,and analyze epidemiological markers concerned with the crude cancer incidence,mortality and so on. Results The crude cancer incidence during 1999 to 2008 in Xiaolan town was 180.72 per 100000 （223.18 per 100000 in males and 139.12 per 100000 in females）,the crude cancer mortality was 138.36 per 100000 （187.15 per 100 000 in males and 90.56per 100000 in females）,both showed an increasing trend during this period,the cancer incidence and mortality of the male was much higher than the female,the residents cancer incidence and mortality both rose with age. Conclusions The malignant tumor incidence and death among residents in Xiaolan town increased obviously in last 10 years,the research for prevention and treatment of cancer should be enhanced.
