河北省公众结核病防治知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解河北省公众结核病防治知识知晓率,为结核病健康促进工作提供参考依据,为评价结核病防治健康教育与健康促进的效果提供基线资料。方法采用多阶段分层系统随机抽样方法。全省共抽取5200例调查对象,使用统一设计的结核病防治知识调查问卷对公众进行入户面对面询问式问卷调查。结果合格调查问卷5025份。调查人群对结核病防治知识的核心信息全部知晓率为1.8%,核心信息总知晓率为48.7%。城区公众和农村公众对核心信息总知晓率分别为71.8%和40.2%,城区明显高于农村。知晓率与文化程度和职业密切相关,文化程度与知晓率间呈正比关系,医务人员的总体知晓率最高,其次是教师、行政管理人员、最低是农民、学生和无业人员。通过家人亲戚、同事、朋友、村医、乡医和社区医生交谈是获取肺结核病相关知识政策的主要途径。声像制品(磁带、录像带、光盘)是公众最喜欢的结核病宣传材料。结论河北省公众结核病知识知晓率还比较低,应加强对公众的结核病健康教育,增加公众的结核病防治知识。重点加强农村和学校结核病防治健康教育工作。同时结核病健康教育应针对不同的目标人群,采用形式多样的有针对性的健康促进方式。

Survey on Awareness Rate of tuberculosis Control and Prevention in the Resident of Hebei Province

Objective To understand awareness rate of tuberculosis control and prevention in the resident of Hbei Province,to provide basic information for health deucation about tuberculosis,and to provide baseline material for the evaluation of the health education and health promotion.Method A systematic multi-stage stratified random sampling was administered.5200 respondents were selected from the whole province and questionnaire survey was adopted by face to face.Results 5025 eligible qudstionnaires were collectde.The awareness rate to all core information of the mass is 1.8%,the total awareness tate to core information of the mass is 48.7%.The total awareness rate to core information of the city proper and the rural areas public are respectively 71.8% and 40.2%,the city proper is clearly taller than rural areas.The awareness rate is closely related to standard of culture and profession,the standard of culture and the awareness rate is of proportional relation.The total awareness rate of medical personnel is highest,next is teacher,administrative staff,the lowest is peasant,student and unemployed people.The main source to attain TB knowledge included family member,colleague,friend and doctor at village or township level.The public favorite publicize material is acoustic image.Conclusions The TB knowledge awareness rate of the Hebei province public is still low.We should promote public protection knowledge of tuberculosis through health education.Health education on TB should take the remoted villages and schools as priorities.It is important to take different action for different education level and the profession.
