摘    要:目的了解柳州市HIV亚型分布和原发性耐药情况。方法招募未经抗病毒治疗的柳州HIV感染者66名,采集外周静脉血,从血浆中提取HIV RNA,扩增pol基因并测序,将序列进行系统进化树分析和耐药性分析。结果获得60株序列,47株为CRF01_AE,占78.3%,12株为CRF07_BC,占20.0%,1株不能判断亚型。9株发生耐药性相关突变,其中2株可产生耐药性,原发性耐药的发生率为3.3%。结论当前柳州主要的HIV流行亚型是CRF01_AE和CRF07_BC,HIV原发性耐药的发生率处于国内一般水平。

HIV Subtype Distribution Based on The Pol Gene and Prevalence of Primary Drug Resistance in 60 HIV Strains from Liuzhou

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of HIV-1 subtypes and prevalence of HIV primary drug resistance in Liuzhou.Method 66 antiretroviral-na?ve HIV-infected subjects from Liuzhou were recruited.Peripheral whole blood was withdrawn from each subject.HIV RNA was extracted from plasma,and PCR was performed to amplify a fragment of HIV pol gene,and then PCR products were sequenced.Sequences obtained were subjected to phylogenetic analysis and HIV drug resistance analysis.Results 60 sequences were obtained,of which 47 were identified as CRF01_AE(78.3%),12 as CRF07_BC(20.0%),and one couldn't be identified by phylogenetic analysis.Resistance-related mutations were found in 9 sequences,and 2 sequences harbored mutations that conferred resistance to antiretroviral drugs.3.3%(2/60) sequences were primary resistance strains against antiretroviral drugs.Conclusions CRF01_AE and CRF07_BC are two dominant HIV subtypes in Liuzhou recently.The prevalence of primary HIV drug resistance is similar to many other areas in China.
