安康市2009年艾滋病高危人群调查分析

目的了解安康市高危人群艾滋病知识知晓率,为今后评价艾滋病干预措施效果,提供基础性数据和背景资料。方法根据《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》(试行)操作手册1]在安康市对暗娼人群、性病门诊男性就诊者进行调查。结果安康市暗娼人群HIV/AIDS知识知晓率为63.49%,性病门诊男性就诊者HIV/AIDS知识知晓率为88.20%;暗娼人群最近1次与客人发生性关系时,有45.50%使用了安全套;最近1个月与客人发生性关系时,有35.00%每次都用安全套。结论加强对高危人群的宣传教育和行为干预,提高商业性行为时安全套的使用率,可降低高危人群的艾滋病和其他性病的感染率。

The Analyses and Investigtion Reports of The Surveilance Program among The Population at High Risk for AIDS

Objective To realize the awareness rate of the population at high risk for AIDS related knowledge,in order to provide the fundamental data and background information for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention measures in Ankang.Method Under the comprehensive monitoring scheme in our city,to investigate the commercial sex workers（CSW） and the male outpatients at vernereal diseases clinics.Results The awareness rate of the AIDS/HIV related knowledge among the CSW is 63.49% and 88.20% among the male outpatients;45.5% of the CSW used condoms while having sexual intercourse in the most recent time;35% of them use condoms each time in a recent month.Conclusion It is important to strengthen the publicity and educational activities and take behavior intervention to the high-risk group,as well as to improve the proportions of consistent condom use and reduce the AIDS and other STDs infection rate among the high-risk group in our city.
