河北省2004-2008年布鲁氏菌病流行特征分析

目的分析2004-2008年河北省布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)流行特征,为有效防治布鲁氏菌病提供科学依据。方法对国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统数据及个案调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2004-2008年全省共报告布病病例9810例,11市均有病例报告,病例主要集中在张家口、承德、保定、石家庄、邯郸五市,其发病数占总发病数的92.50%,季节发病以3～7月发病例数最多,占全年发病数的62.83%。发病年龄集中于20～60岁,占全年发病数的86.61%,男性多于女性,职业以农民、饲养、屠宰及畜产品加工人员为主。结论河北省布病疫情呈逐年上升趋势。传染源持续存在及重点人群缺乏布病防治知识是疫情上升主要原因。要控制布病疫情上升,应加强卫生、畜牧部门密切合作,加大对重点人群的监测力度、深入开展对重点人群进行宣传教育和行为干预。

Analysing the Epidemic Characteristics of Brucellosis in Hebei Province from 2004 to 2008

Objective By analyzing the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Hebei province from 2004 to 2008,provide scientific evidence for its prevention and control. Method Based on the China information system for disease control and prevention and brucellosis cases questionnaire,the data of patients were statistically analyzed. Results There were 9810 reported cases from 2004 to 2008 in Hebei Province. 11 counties throughout the province have reported cases. The cases were found intensively in Zhangjiakou,Chengde,Baoding,Shijiazhuang and Handan,accounted for 92.50% of the total cases. The highest incidence was in March to July,accounted for 62.83% of the cases in whole year. Incidence in the age group 20 to 60 is the highest,accounted for 86.61%; The incidence in males was higher than that of females. AS for occupation,Peasants、slaughter、breeding and livestock products were reported to have higher incidence. Conclusions There is increasing trend of human cases of Hebei Province. The epidemic was primarily due to potential infection sources,and poor awareness of self-protection among high-risk occupational groups. In order to better control the brucellosis epidemic,The connection of departments including health and animal husbandry should be improved; surveillance on high-risk exposure groups should be guaranteed; the health education and behavior intervention should be carried out thoroughly and deeply.
