论检验质量管理与采集标本

现在检验科很重视室内质控,但检验中的影响因素常被临床医生和检验人员忽视[1]。通过对异常结果的收集,分析发现,检验前质量控制是保证检验结果准确的首要条件。加强这一环节的质量管理,确保检验质量,除搞好临床实验室的管理外,更需要全体医护人员的共同参与和配合。检验分析中质量管理工作不仅是一个技术问题,更多的还是管理问题。另外,标本采集也是医院医疗质量管理体系的重要组成部分[2]。

The inspection department pays attention to internal quality control now,but the impact factors in the test are often neglected by clinician and inspection personnel.We find that quality control before test is the primary condition to ensure accurate of inspection result through collected and analyzed the results.Enhance the quality control,ensure quality inspection besides need management the clinical laboratory,also need medical personnel participate in and cooperate.Quality management in inspection work is not only a technical question,but also a management problem.Moreover,samples collection is also the important component of hospital medical service quality management system＇.
