花都区娱乐场所服务人员艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

目的阻断娱乐场所经性途径传播艾滋病性病,提高娱乐场所高危人群预防艾滋病性病意识和能力,探索可持续发展的艾滋病性病干预模式,降低全区艾滋病的发病率。方法以不记名方式,让娱乐场所服务人员开展艾滋病健康教育、检测艾滋病抗体、促进安全套使用和鼓励接受性病诊疗与生殖健康服务等干预措施,在干预前后进行2次问卷调查,对干预效果评价。结果目标人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率干预前为73.28%,干预后为82.23%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(P0.05);最近一次商业性行为使用安全套的比例由干预前53.68%上升到干预后92.23%(P0.05);最近一个月商业性行为每次都使用安全套的比例由干预前47.55%上升到干预后88.72%(P0.05)。干预前后该目标人群均未检出HIV阳性;目标人群梅毒阳性率干预前为6.86%,干预后为3.51%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(x2=4.60,P0.05)。结论在花都区娱乐场所通过开展高危行为干预,能有效提高服务人员艾滋病知识知晓率和行为正确率,干预效果明显。

The Evaluation of the High-risk Behavior Intervention Effect to Female Sex Workers in Recreation Spots of Huadu district

Objective cutting off the transmition of the AIDS and venereal diseases by sexual behavior in recreation spots,improve the High-risk groups＇ consciousness and abilities to take precautions against the AIDS and venereal diseases,explore Sustainable intervention pattern of the AIDS and venereal diseases ,reduce the incidence of AIDS.Method conducting the health education to the High-risk groups in recreation spots,checking the AIDS antibody ,promoting the use of condoms,encouraging the acceptance of venereal diseases treatment and the service of reproductive health,conducting 2 surveys before and after Interference and evaluting the results of Interference.Results The rate of awareness of basic knowledge about AIDS of target groups was 73.28% before intervention ,and the rate was 82.23% after intervention. The figures before and after intervention were significantly different（P 〈0.05）..In the most recent sexual intercourse with their clients,the rate of condom use rose from 53.68 % before intervention to 92.23% after intervention. in the last month the sexual intercourse with their clients,the rates of condom use rose from 47.55% before intervention to 88.72% after intervention. The HIV positive was not found in the target groups. The rates of syphilis infection was 6.86 % before intervention,and the rate was 3.51 % after intervention.c The figures before and after intervention were significantly different（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions It was able to inprove the rates of awareness of basic knowledge and the behavior accuracy about AIDS through conducting intervention to female sex workers in recreation spots of Huadu district.The result of intervention was effective.
