泻痢康胶囊治疗艾滋病慢性腹泻临床研究

目的：观察泻痢康胶囊治疗艾滋病慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选择艾滋病慢性腹泻患者130例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各65例，治疗组口服泻痢康胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次；对照组口服参苓白术散，每次2袋，每日3次。两组均以14d为1个疗程，观察两组患者症状体征积分及临床疗效。结果：治疗组症状体征积分优于对照纽，腹泻次数、大便性状、腹胀腹痛的改善情况与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率100．00％，对照组有效率95．38％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：泻痢康胶囊治疗艾滋病慢性腹泻效果显著。

Clinical Research of Xieli Kang Capsule Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xieli Kang Capsule treatment of chronic diarrhea. Methods：Choose 130 cases of patients with chronic diarrhea AIDS, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 65 cases in each group, treatment group, Xieli kang capsule orally,3 pills each time,3 times a day, the control shall be scattered oral three atractylodes,2 bags each time,3 times a day, both set to 1 to 14 d treatment, observation and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with symptoms and signs integral. Results ：The total integral signs and symptoms in treatment group is better than that of control group ,the number of diar- rhea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, defecate traits compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, treatment group effective rate was 100.00%, the control effectiveness 95.38%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Xieli kang Capsule treatment of HIV/AIDS has distinct clinical curative effect.
