中西医结合治疗支气管扩张临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。方法:选取100例支气管扩张患者,按门诊单号分为对照组和治疗组。给予两组患者常规西药治疗,并在此基础之上,给予治疗组患者中药治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为76.0%,治疗组有效率为96.0%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。两组患者PO2增加程度对比,治疗组增加程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。两组患者PCO2降低程度对比,治疗组降低程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论:中西医结合可明显提高支气管扩张临床疗效,安全、实效。

Clinical Research of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Bronchiectasis

Abstract:Objective:Clinical effect of bronchiectasis by the combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine. Methods:Choose 100 cases of patients with bronchiectasis,press outpatient number divided into control group and treatment group. Given conventional western medicine treatment in both groups,and on this basis,give treatment group patients with Chinese medicine treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results:The patients with the control group treatment effective rate of 76. 0%,the treatment group patients total efficiency of 96. 0%. The latter treatment effect is better,significant difference statistically significant(P〈0. 05). PO2 increase the degree of contrast in both groups,the treatment group increased significantly higher than that of control group, significant difference statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Extent of the two groups of patients with PCO2 contrast,extent of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,significant difference statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the effect of clinical treatment of bronchiectasis,safe and effective.
