摘    要:目的研究瑶药铜钻石油醚部位的化学成分。方法硅胶色谱、聚酰胺色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和核磁共振结构数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从铜钻乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部分中共分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英赛酮(A)、β-谷甾醇(B)、蒲公英赛醇(C)、胡萝卜苷(D)、香草酸(E)、香草醛(F)。结论化合物C和F均为首次从铜钻中分离得到。

Study on Chemical Constituents of the Mappianthus iodoides

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Mappianthus iodoides in extracting with petroleum ether. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by polyamide column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties, and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated from mappianthus iodoides and elucidated as taraxerone(A),β-sitosterol(B), taraxerol(C),daucosterol(D), vanillic acid(E),Vanillin(F). Conclusion Compounds of C and F were obtained from Mappianthus iodoides for the first time.
