安神药物的现代研究

目的：探讨安神药物功能与主治、药理作用、现代医学主治、药性、药味、归经、化学成分之间的关系。方法：应用“中药功能-药理-临床数据库系统”，查询安神药物功能与主治、药理作用、现代医学主治、药性、药味、归经、化学成分之间的关联频次，依据频次的多少，取涵盖最高频次2/3的定为基本范畴，涵盖余下最高频次2/3的定为联合范畴，剩余的定为扩展范畴。结果：安神药物的基本主治是失眠；基本药理作用是镇静；基本现代医学主治是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高脂血症；基本药性是平性；基本药味是甘味；基本归经是心经；基本化学成分是无机物、糖类。结论：依据频次将安神药物对应的主治、药理作用、现代医学主治、药性、药味、归经、化学成分分为基本、联合、扩展范畴，为安神药物的现代研究提供了新思路。

Modern Research of Tranquilizers

Objective ：To explore relationship between tranquilization function, traditional Chinese medical indications, pharmacological action, modern medical indications, drug property, medicine flavour, channel tropism and chemical composition. Methods ： Use the ＂fea- tures-pharmacology-clinical database system＂ to inquiry associated frequency between tranquilization function and traditional Chinese medical indications, pharmacological action, modern medical indications, drug property, medicine flavour, channel tropism, chemical composition. According to the frequency, take cover 2/3 of most high frequency for basic area and 2/3 of remaining most high frequency for joint area, remaining for extended area. Resuhs：Basic indication of tranquilization function is insomnia. Basic pharmacological action of tranquilization function is sedation. Modern medicine basic indications of tranquilization function are coronary heart disease and hy- perlipidemia. Basic drug property of tranquilizing medicine is flat. Basic flavour is sweet. Basic channel entry is heart. The basic chemi- cal compositions of tranquilizing medicine are inorganics and sugar. Conclusion ： According to the frequency, analyze the traditional Chi- nese medical indications, pharmacological action, modern medical indications, drug property, medicine flavour, channel entry. Chemical composition corresponds to tranquilizing function is divided into basic area, joint area, extended area and provides a new way of thinking for modem research of trancmilizing function.
