清开灵注射液保留灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症临床观察

目的：探讨清开灵注射液保留灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症临床疗效。方法：选取新生儿高胆红素血症患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗办法,治疗组在常规治疗的同时配合清开灵注射液保留灌肠治疗,治疗前后进行电解质、血清总胆红素含量测定。结果：治疗后第3天、第5天比较,治疗组血清总胆红素含量均低于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。两组患儿治疗前后电解质水平均无明显差异。结论：清开灵注射液保留灌肠,可以使肠蠕动增强,胆红素的肝肠循环减少,治疗新生儿高胆红素血症具有良好的效果,且安全可靠。

Clinical Observation of Qingkailing Injection Retention Enema in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingkailing Injection retention enema in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： 80 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment combined with Qingkailing Injection retention enema treatment. And determined contents of the electrolyte,serum total bilirubin before and after treatment. Results： comparison of treatment after third days,fifth days,the serum total bilirubin level in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in children with electrolyte levels. Conclusion： Qingkailing Injection retention enema can enhance the intestinal peristalsis,reduce bilirubin enterohepatic circulation,with good effect,safe and reliable for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
