摘    要:目的等离子覆膜对首乌延寿片中包衣工艺研究。方法采用正交设计对包衣工艺优选,优选出最佳包衣工艺。结果优选最佳工艺为包衣粉用量7.13%、包衣浓度1.07%、包衣转速63r/min、包衣时间70min。结论等离子覆膜材料在片剂包薄膜衣中工艺可行、片剂均匀、稳定性好。

Study on the Coating Craft of lsoionic Thin-film and Coated Material of Shouwu Yanshou Tablets

Abstract:Objective To study the coating craft of isoionic thin-film material of Shouwu Yanshou tablets. Methods By adopting orthogonal design, the paper aims to select the best coating craft. Results The best coating craft is that the dosage of coating powder is at 7.13%, concentration of coating is at 1.07%, the speed of coating is at 63r/min and the duration of coating is 70 minutes.Conclusion Isoionic coated material is feasible in the processing, uniform in tablets and stable in film coating.
